Rough Galena – 003

Galena can help you slow down when situations that might be otherwise distracting, overwhelming or disorienting. It promotes clarity and focus as well as organisation allowing us to be more productive. This makes it an excellent stone for students as well as those who work with creative projects requiring focus and organisation.

Galena can also be used in meditation to help bring us into the present moment and quiet our minds so we can be more mindful of our surroundings or focus on one particular thing at a specific time.
