Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will love your order, however, if you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. This returns policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

Items that you wish to return must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.


Here's what to do:

1. Open the website and navigate to the Account section. You will find this at the top right. This will be indicated on mobile by an icon that looks like a person.

2. You will be prompted to enter your email address. This is the address you used to place the order.


3. You will be emailed a password, which will be a 6-digit code. Enter your code.

4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your orders. Select the 'Request Return' button for the order you wish to return and follow the prompts from there.

5. Once you have submitted your return, you will be emailed a free returns label.

6. Place the product (unused and in its original packaging) and seal securely.

7. Affix the returns label and drop off at your nearest courier.

If you experience any issues, please send an email to which includes your name, order number and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.


We take care when packaging all orders and each item is checked before it’s packaged and sent out. There may be times when unfortunately, packages may be damaged during transit.

If your items have been damaged during transit, please follow the steps detailed above for Returns and selected 'Damaged' as your reason for return.

Damages are to be reported within 3 days of your receiving your order.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Self & Others.
